·Provide cost and schedule visibility using the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
·Use historical and forecast data for estimating resource requirements, perform trend analysis, variance analysis, risk assessments, and critical path analysis to identify issues and provide guidance and recommendations to internal and external customers, industry, and all levels of FRES programme management
·Interface with the Supply Chain to ensure the detailed product schedules vertically integrate with the program level schedules.
Competencies:
·Extensive understanding of earned value management and the ability to implement its methodologies; IMP methodologies and development; WBS development; IMS development utilizing Open Plan Professional & Microsoft Project
·Resource management utilizing Cobra
·Strong financial analysis capability for understanding and reporting on earned value data, variance analysis
·Organizational/ time management (multiple projects management)
·Information System Management background a plus
·Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
·Problem solver
·Expertise in earned value management, schedule networking, resource loading, and forecasting
·Knowledge of EVMS and its application
·Knowledge of critical path network methodology and its application
·Analytical capability and excellent written and oral presentation skills
·Self starter with the ability to be proactive, with a minimum of coaching required
·Ability to perform in a dynamic multi cultural team and communicate at all levels within the organization
·Ability to champion and/ or contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
·Apply knowledge of technical disciplines (e.g., design, test and evaluation, assembly) and cost/ schedule tools to develop and maintain programme plans and schedules.
Education:
Prefer a Bachelor's degree and senior level relevant experience, Master's degree and senior level relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
