CRM Technical Product Manager CRM Technical Product Manager required by my client a leading digital consumer Media Company based in Central London. You will be responsible for managing technical product development into operation to support the digital business. Must have skills/ experience required: Technical Product management within online, mobile and digital platforms Business Analysis, Project Planning, requirements gathering & workflows CRM, e-mail, Marketing, Web Analytics & digital Advertising SOP experience Provisioning systems in a digital space Role Duties Take charge of projects and be accountable for their delivery through to operation. Responsible for project planning, project and risk management, Liaising with and managing vendor relationships and Handling internal customer relationships. Define project goals and success criteria, Support the business in developing a business case, elicit and define key requirements and document these for technical implementation. Work across a range of projects on systems that support our digital businesses including CRM, Email Marketing, Web Analytics, Digital Advertising SOP and others. Provisioning systems that support business process in the digital space, Work with the business to assess user functional needs, data and workflow requirements.
