Principal Consultant in Decisioning and Marketing (CRM) required for leading global CRM company in London. Due to growth, a Principal Consultant is required for a leading CRM Vendor and Consultancy. You will have had significant experience providing analytical and product consulting services using CRM Decisioning and Marketing solutions for blue chip clients, largely across the telco and financial arenas. You will have a strong business focus and be able to assert influence over both business and technical areas to achieve bottom line benefits for the clients using predictive analytics and Real Time decisioning. You will have: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in a pre-sales and/ or delivery business consulting role. - Experience in Implementing decisioning, creating decision logic/ business rules - Knowledge of sales & service processes in direct channels like call centres Your communication skills will be outstanding and you will be flexible with travel. Practical knowledge of databases like Oracle/ DB2 would be highly desirable as would knowledge of data management tools, data mining solutions and campaign management solutions.
