We are currently searching for an IC Test Development Engineer with the following key skills: IC, semiconductor, engineer, test, ATE, development, LTX, manufacturing, analog, mixed signal, wafer, package, jobs
Our global client is searching for an IC Test Development Engineer to be responsible for the testability of IC products. The role will involve developing test concepts for wafer level and package level testing. Developing test software for ATE will also be required.
Desired qualifications are as follows:
-Familiarity with ATE within a high volume semiconductor manufacturing environment (LTX etc)
-Good background knowledge of analog and mixed signal electronics
-Excellent communication skills
-BSc Physics / Electronic Engineering or equivalent
