A leading worldwide engineering company is looking for an experienced individual to promote, demonstrate and implement effective Export / Import compliance programs at the operating unit level within an international company.

Must be able to co-ordinate Import and Export compliance issues with local management, Segment unit Global Import Export manager, as well as work with U.K HM Revenue and Customer, U.K department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, European Commission, US Customs and border protection, the U.S Bureau of Industry and Security, and/ or the U.S Office of foreign assets controls and the other applicable global trade regulatory agencies in regards to Import and/ or Export regulations including the HMRC Integrated Tariff Schedule of the U.K, European Community Common Customs tariff, U.S Customs Duties Regulations, U.K Strategic Export Control regulations, U.S Export Administration regulations, free trade agreements, import and export classifications, brokerage/ forwarding, and logistics.
