A leading UK banking organisation are currently looking to recruit a Service Performance Analyst / Performance Analyst / Service Analyst to join their team based in South Manchester. Working within the team which provides performance analysis and capacity planning for midrange and mainframe IT infrastructure, you will be required to improve performance of existing and new IT services and components. You will collate performance data to understand how systems are performing and take action as appropriate, ensure quality of the performance testing before any changes are introduced which may impact live service and exploit the available performance data to identify issues and assist other areas of the company with their decisions.

You will have knowledge of performance monitoring and reporting tools, strong communication skills as well as experience of managing a complex multi-tiered distributed environment.
