SAP CRM Consultant - SAP CRM Analyst - SAP CRM Senior Consultant
Leading international Energy & Utilities consultancy practice requires experienced SAP CRM consultants to work on innovative solutions for customers. Seeking both team leaders and configurators/ implementors working on solutions in this area. Must have past experience of at least one full life cycle in a SAP CRM team, preferably in an Enerhy and Utilities project integrated with SAP IS-U. Critical customer facing roles will involve full life cycle projects from Blueprint, through Realisation and Go-live, typically working on customer sites as a member of the team. Proven SAP CRM knowledge; Hands on experience of SAP CRM v5.0, 4.0 and 3.1; Full project life cycle experience of 1 project minimum; Configuration of service functionality. Worked as a functional lead responsible for 3-6 other staff and able to manage their work day-day, oversee quality and report to Project Manager Implementation experience of SAP Web interaction centre (WebIC); Configuration experience of Marketing and Campaign Management; Energy & Utilities experience.
