Market leading organisation have an urgent requirement for 2 x help desk support analysts for initial 3 month contracts based in Leeds. Due to a recent merger and acquisition my client need additional support analysts. This is a varied support position with on going project work in addition to help desk support. You will take ownership of calls, prioritising them in order to help ensure that more urgent customer needs can be actioned in a timely manner, working on the support call queues, resolving user problems, recording the solutions in the call logging system and closing calls to the user satisfaction.
You must have strong commercial knowledge of supporting Lotus Notes, Microsoft Operating Systems and Novell Netware. Send CVs now. £12/ 13 per hour.Strong potential to extend.
