Position:Project Engineering Manager – IS Systems
Salary: £40K - £50K

As part of a continuing platform, a Major Player in the Defence Industry is looking for a number of Project Engineering Managers to bring on board their team in Hampshire. The role would be based in the IS department and as such would be working very closely with the Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure appropriate balance of technical needs & cost/ programme needs.
· Adherence to the agreed schedule
· Agree specifications & acceptance criteria
· Develop & maintain the Engineering Management Plan
· Review integrity & quality of each phase
· Define the team’s organisational structure
Key skills:
The successful candidate will ideally have good Systems experience combined with a proven track record of leading teams of engineers. The ability to analyse technology would also stand you in good stead.
