This is a great new opportunity for a Digital IC Design Engineer to join our client located on the German/ Swiss border. Skills required include: Digital, IC, ASIC, FPGA, design, verification, RTL, VHDL, Verilog, synthesis, VLSI, chip, SystemVerilog, perl, tcl, scripting, software, microprocessor, hardware, C, Assembler, semiconductor.

Our client is a top developer of RISC/ DSP architecture for a wide range of applications including digital cameras, MP3 players, mobile devices and other consumer products. Located in attractive environment right on the Swiss border, they are looking to recruit a Digital IC Design Engineer to join their international hardware development team.

The main language within the team is English. After a training period in which you will be accompanied and supported by technical experts, you will work both as an individual and together with the team on a wide range of challenging tasks. Suitable candidates will have:

·A degree in the field of Electrical Engineering / equivalent discipline
·Knowledge in VLSI chip design, simulation and verification
·Experience with Verilog / VHDL, SystemVerilog, Perl, Tcl, Shell scripting and the use of standard software tools.
·Basic skills in micro-processor technology and hardware programming in C and assembler is an advantage.
·Fluent language skills in English are also required.
