Service Manager/ Service Delivery Manager/ ITIL professional required by Financial Services organisation, to £40k + excellent benefits, City of London. My client, a major financial services organisation requires an experienced Service Manager to join their team at a time of investment and growth. You will be experienced with ITIL processes and ideally certified, have experience of Problem, Incident, Change & Release and Service Level reporting experience.
