We are working for a leading Engineering Consultancy who looking for a Civil Technician / Experienced Civil Technician to be based from their prestigious London offices.


<b><u>The Role of the Civil Technician</ b></ u>

Based from Central London you will be working as a Civil Technician, which will include infrastructure related design, client communications and working within the design team. This role is more than that of a CAD Technician. You will be undertaking CAD work but as a Civil Technician you will be undertaking infrastructure design, drainage calculations, report writing and client work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Technician looking for career development with a leading consulting engineers. The role of the Civil Technician would also suit a graduate with Civil Design experience.


<b><u>Knowledge and Experience Required for the Civil Technician Role</ b></ u>

- Design knowledge of foul & surface water drainage systems to buildings and roads for private and adoptable systems
- Knowledge of General External works design
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience of using AutoCAD is essential
- Experience of using Micro drainage Simulation Packages beneficial
- HND / BEng in Civil Engineering


<b><u>In Return</ b></ u>

The Civil Technician will expect a salary of between £23k - £38k depending on experience as well as pension, health care and a flexible benefits package.
