Our leading banking client requires senior leadership in its Windows platform group to take on the role of Head of Production Support taking on responsibility for delivering a world class support service around MS Windows across an estate of 50,000 desktops in the UK and abroad. This is a significant opportunity to take on a challenging role and make a difference in how the circa 200 support staff operate, how they meet the challenge of supporting new markets abroad and the successful integration of offshore capabilities.
