A world leader in the global betting and gaming market seeks an ambitious and proactive SQL Server Development DBA to join them in the early stages of a data warehouse implementation project. On offer is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong academic background to join a fast paced, dynamic and rapidly expanding environment where the key focus will be taking responsibility for new concepts and designing, testing and reviewing new and existing architecture.
We are especially keen to hear from Candidates well versed with Transact-SQL and SQL Server 2000/ 2005 (experience of designing, developing and administrating high availability eCommerce data warehouse systems) preference will be given to those with understanding of SQL Server 2005.
Any exposure to SSAS, SSIS, SSRS and Entity Relationship modelling techniques would be beneficial. In addition to your key experience you should be a sharp, lateral thinker, resourceful, quick to use your own initiative and ideally holding a good degree in a related subject.
