Skills: Trading organisation looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong skills in Microsoft .NET . Previous experience of working with trading systems is not essential and this would therefore represent an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the financial markets/ trading sector. Responsibilities for this role will include: leading the creation and/ or review of detailed technical designs for solutions. Perform architectural reviews of applications to establish architectural risks and fit for purpose. Proactively manage technical risks & issues and manage a technical risk/ mitigation plan. Develop and/ or review technical infrastructure plans and provide key architectural issues analysis. Skills and experience required for the role are as follows: exp of a wide range of technology platforms, expert-level understanding in projects covering change across multiple systems and Legacy integration, strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack .NET, knowledge of J2EE. Strong understanding of relational databases, MS SQL Server, and Oracle and a good knowledge of general architectural concepts.
