My client is a global leader in the exchange and trading systems. You would be part a growing team who has seen unparelleld growth in the last 24 months. My client is looking for a support engineer to take the lead in future projects.
Key Responsibility Areas
•Provision of first and second line technical support to internal and external customers.
•Proactive monitoring of systems.
•The creation, maintenance and control of web based support information.
•To manage pre-defined communication channels with internal and external business and technical groups.
Key Skills
•Experience working in a support role within the financial sector
•Good understanding of European equities markets
•Thorough understanding of the FIX protocol
•Working knowledge of UNIX
•Additional European language an advantage
•Vantage Point Operations (VpO) experience also an advantage
This is an urgent hire however the bar is very high please only apply if you are an excellent fit. Education and aptitude should be at a senior level.
