Role: Facilities Project Manager
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000

A World Leader is looking for a Project Manager to provide Project support to the Facilities team within the company.
Key Responsibility Areas:
· You will be responsible for all project work relating to your particular site, including refurbs, office moves and new builds.
· Supporting the Regional Managers with specific projects.
· Taking client briefs, developing the project Life Cycle Management process, detailing the design and distributing out the contractors.
· You will have a number of projects to manage and budgets of approx £250,000.
· Some business travel may be required.
You will have come from similar position in a Project Management environment and proven experience of managing Facilities Management projects would be desirable. Experience of Report writing and Problem solving would certainly hold you in good stead.
