Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Electronics / Technical Sales

Salary - £25K - £30K OTE 1st year
Location – Berkhamsted

We have a unique opportunity for a graduate with a degree in Electronic Engineering, or similar engineering/ science, to work as a trainee / graduate recruitment consultant with ourselves, Enterprise Recruitment. As a recruitment agency, we specialise in finding candidates new positions with the electronics industry. This is a great opportunity to use your technical skills gained at university to find Graduate Hardware / Electronic Engineers, as well as experienced engineers a job in the electronics and engineering sectors.

This position is not as easy as some people think, you will need a steely determination to be able to take the good times with the bad, handle people who mess you around and be willing to put in that extra bit of effort, but this is the sort of position where you clearly reap the benefits of hard work and effort. In your first year you’ll likely make between £25K - £30K, after that, its up to you, but the successful ones will make up to £50K, and more. We also have other rewards in place, such as weekend trips across Europe, Ski Weekends in Winter, team nights out paid for by the company and subsidised gym membership.
