An established and well known company seeks an organised and self motivated Business Analyst or Systems Analyst for a key role located at their Midlands office, within the IT team. We require candidates with Systems Analysis or Business Analysis skills obtained in an IT environment. Any experience of Microsoft and EPOS systems would be of particular interest, although the desire to learn and grow within a busy environment will be key.

The role includes gathering business requirements and generating functional specifications on the various IT platforms, and managing this through prototyping, testing and implementation. You will be required to build an understanding of business processes to produce system specifications, submit requirements to group IT/ 3rd parties where necessary and to produce test plans to facilitate user acceptance testing, and ensure business sign-off.
You are expected to have good communication skills and be capable of liaising with both internal and external groups along with a strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly. Occasional travel to company offices in the South is required.
