Security Service Desk Engineer - Gateshead. A service desk engineer who has experience of working with security products is required for my client in Gateshead. You will be resolving issues and advising on and making changes to customer's managed service infrastructure and hardware builds. You will have a thorough understanding of TCP/ IP Networking and previous experience of supporting Checkpoint in a multi customer environment. You will also have experience in one or more of the following: Juniper, Bluecoat, ClearSwift, Websense, Finjan, SonicWALL, Actividentify or RSA.
