1st/ 2nd Line Security Service Desk Engineer. Reading, Berkshire.Required to join Global Software Company. This role will see you providing In-Depth Technical Support via phone and e-mail; Some Hardware build experience and escalation to the appropriate level when required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:Experience working with Security products;Good experience of TCP/ IP Networking; Experience of Unix/ Linux or WIN OS; Experience with Checkpoint Firewalls (CCSE ideally). Experience in one or more of the following products:Websense,Juniper,Bluecoat,Finjan,Sonicwall;ClearSwift, Websense, Finjan, SonicWALL,ActivIdentity.
