Essential Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience of working on a Service Desk / IT help desk or experience of delivering customer service for a blue chip/ financial client.
Excellent analytical skills
Computer literacy including Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Enthusiastic and a passion for customer service
Self confidence and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Tact and diplomacy in order to maintain good working relationships
Good communication, organisational and inter-personal skills
Discretion, initiative, flexibility and the ability to operate effectively in a stressful situations and meet tight deadlines
Duties: First line telephone support and call logging - Resolving first line queries and escalating where required.
