Business Analyst – Banking – London – up to £75K + benefits

My client is a leading European Wealth Management organisation, with an established global reputation, currently in the process of rapid company expansion. An experienced senior Business Analyst is sought to provide expertise to a range of systems implementation projects, also supporting project management teams in project planning and delivery.

The role entails supporting and coordinating system implementations over the full project life cycle, working within the technology team supporting project teams in the timely delivery of key projects. You will also liaise with Business and IT teams to gather detailed requirements and functional specifications for IT system implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will be a technically-focussed BA with extensive business analysis experience, gained primarily from roles within financial services environments. Essential skills for this role include requirements gathering, analysis and functional design experience, end-to-end life cycle experience of systems development, in addition to expert problem analysis skills. A strong technical background with expertise in MS Office packages and proficiency with SQL and UML is also required. Experience in off-shoring, compliance, risk and Basel/ SOX will be highly advantageous.

The role will suit those candidates with the above experience on top of a dynamic and flexible nature, impeccable communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
