1st line support officer with IT related degree and experience of MS Office 2003, Exchange/ sql Server and Active Directory within a help desk environment required immediately for this 3 month contract in Hampshire
You must have at least 1 years experience of supporting microsoft 2003 server and active directory and at least 1 years administration experience of microsoft sql server, 2003 exchange server or pc/ networking support. You will also need to have at least 1 years experience of supporting data backup and restore routines. Please note, in the first instance your application will be measured on the required experiences outlined above, so please take this into consideration when applying.
Knowledge and experience of working within the public sector and internet/ intranet technologies would be to your advantage
