The Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the HR strategy. You will be responsible for working with the internal training system, administering the new starter induction process. You will also support the development of the organisations learning and development initiatives, providing expertise and support on the identification and appropriate resolution of the companies learning needs.
The Candidate
With HR and training experience you will ideally be from a manufacturing background with the ability to communicate at all levels. With strong I.T. skills you will have experience of working with a HR system and the ability to use Microsoft Office Systems.
