Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Automotive)
Northampton/ Leicester

An excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer from manufacturing to develop their skills in a varied and interesting role, with a high volume manufacturer.
The company are a global tier 1 supplier for major automotive companies. With business signed up well into the next decade, and more contracts on the way the company are going from strength to strength.
Established over 100 years ago this leading manufacturer have over 150 employees on their site in northamptonshire, and are looking to recruit an electrical maintenance engineer with experience of PLC's into their existing team.
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for a variety of electrical maintenance on production machinery and PLC's, as well as some facilities maintenance.
The Role would suit an engineer looking to work for a secure company where you can receive structured training and a varied interesting role.
The Role:
* Electrical fault finding and maintenance on production machinery.
* Fault Finding and modifying programs on PLC's.
* Some facilities maintenance.
The Person:
* Must have an electrical qualification/ time served apprenticeship.
* Experience of electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to fault find and modify PLC programs.
* Adaptable attitude, willing to perform site services work.
