My client based in Chester is looking for a Oracle Financial Functional Support Analyst. the role will include
responding to and resolving user help desk queries via the Remedy call logging system; researching solutions using Oracle metalink; raising and managing Oracle Service Requests; liaising with other support specialists, the sys admin/ DBA team, and central operations areas; testing patches and work arounds; signoff and promotion to production.Good experience in Oracle Financial configuration, especially Receivables and Cash Management, together with strong support experience across the whole of Oracle e-business suite financials. Experience with installations supporting multiple business groups, sets of books and operating units is particularly sought.
