Experienced IT Recruiter for External Staffing.
In this context we are looking to expand our clients team with an IT recruiter to take charge of the negotiations for existing and new contracts for external staff.
Language requirement
- Fluency in English (reading and writing)
- Native French or Dutch, passive knowledge of the second language
Required knowledge and personal skills:
- General knowledge of the IT sector
- Negotiator skills
- Able to take on an advisory role towards internal clients.
- Ability to analyse large quantities of information in a short period of time.
- Excellent communicator
- Autonomous, independent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Respects strong ethical and deontological principles
Required experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience in IT recruiting role for external staff profiles.
- Ability to close selection running processes
- Candidate needs to be able to combine knowledge of legal aspects in this commercial activity with
recruitment orientation
- Knowledge of social (labour) law and/ or HRM is an added value
Objective of the job:
As buyer, you work directly under the head of the competence centre external staff and you are responsible for following tasks:
- Acting as an interface in the defined scope on all issues between internal customers and suppliers.
Handling any day to day questions, concerns and problems from our internal clients.
- Giving advice to internal clients, analysing process and proposing solutions in case of difficult
situations.
- You negotiate both purchase of new missions and extensions of existing contracts. You defend the interests of our internal customer and take care of all types of issues in order to respect the
agreements concluded between us and our internal customer.
- In this process where quality is and will always remain the main aspect you are personally
responsible to optimize the contractual and financial conditions of each deal.
- Managing with existing tools, assuring that the information is up-to-date in order to guarantee the quality of the process end to end.
Being proactive: In collaboration with competence centre management and business partners,
evaluating existing procedures and proposing improvements.
- Building good and productive working relationships with the team, key divisional personnel and
internal clients.
- Management of the administrative activities linked to the process
- Regular reporting of activities to the manager of the department.
