My client is a proven Global leader that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a Network Manager/ Resource Manager to join their impressive operations based in Milton Keynes.

You will work within a multi-site centre with both on and offshore sites. You will be responsible for the utilisation of Work Force Management Systems and Excel based modelling tools to manage the contact centres forecasting, staffing and scheduling ultimately meeting established SLA's and KPI's. You need proven experience in the following areas:

·Implementation and optimisation of Workforce Management System technologies
·Manage outsource relationships to utilise full hours provided by suppliers
·Significant forecasting, scheduling and staffing experience
