We seek an analogue / mixed signal / digital semiconductor design professional with deep technical knowledge of IC design and development activities. Heading up the corporate engineering function, the successful individual will have experience of methodology development, CAD implementation, DFT, DFM, design IP re-use, etc.

They now seek a Director of Corporate Engineer to oversee their IC engineering activities and maximise the efficiency of an experienced and talented semiconductor design team.

Primary "deliverables" or responsibilities will be:

- Implementing efficient design methodologies / flows across the organisation
- Project leading architectural definition activities and ensuring DFM / DFT issues are considered in the design process
-Spearheading IP / functional block re-use initiatives
- Managing CAD procurement and implementation activities

This is a high visibility, senior position within a technology led organisation. In addition to a previous track record in design engineering and management, the successful candidate must have strong communication / influencing skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
