Desktop Support Analyst - Publishing - Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Mac - West London
Prestigious Online/ Publishing Media Company seeks a focused and ambitious Desktop Analyst to join their team of 1st line Support Analysts. You will provide telephone and remote desktop support to approximately 2000 users; you will have clear and concise communication skills and professional attitude to all that you do. As well as some relevant work experience you will be expected to utilise your expertise and skills in all of the following areas: Windows Exchange Server 2003, Windows XP, Active Directory, Macintosh OSX 10.4 and have a basic understanding of AppleTalk Connections, mixed TCP/ IP and networking in a structured cable environment. We expect you to have an analytical approach to problem solving, a keen understanding of business processes, and an outstanding level of interpersonal skills. No problem will ever be too much trouble to help solving, you will have a calm disposition and you will take the utmost pride in the deliverance of first class to all end users.
