International Investment Bank seeks a technical SOX Analyst Working with the SOX GM & Europe IT BAU Manager to ensure SOX IT Compliance for GM & Europe IT.
Key responsibilities break down into a number of areas:
•Maintaining SOX Compliance:
Maintenance of Continuous monitoring/ ITCEQ/ ITGC Sign-Off processes performed throughout the year to attest to SOX compliance
Provide evidence and support to the internal and external audit teams in order to attest to SOX compliance
Perform SOX Approvals as part of the Change Control process
•Process Remediation:
Create & maintain SOX requirements for remediation to central processes (Access Review/ Change Control/ etc.)
Liaison with process groups to ensure SOX requirements included where possible and tactical initiatives started where not
Monitoring of projects & tactical initiatives against SOX deliverables
Facilitate the changing of operational procedures, if necessary
•Application Remediation:
Work in tandem with BAU teams to identify & action remediation work
Monitoring of application remediation work against SOX deliverables
Review & Accept application deliverables
•General:
Identification, resolution and escalation of all project relevant risks/ issues
Provision of status updates and reporting information to senior management
Liaison with all internal/ external contacts to provide all necessary management information
Provide general assistance to other members of the team as required for audit point closure/ other tasks when prioritised.
