MSO technical support individual required for leading financial house in London. Candidates will be expected to provide 2nd line support for all issues/ requests related to the Workflow module that do not require changes of codes and can't be solved by desk assistants.
Individuals will works together with front office, accounting and reporting specialists and 3rd line to solve issues as well as support Disaster Recovery invocation.
Key skills:
-Application expert in workflow module
-Deep understanding of processing of trades
-Thorough knowledge of the bank's workflow process
-Knowledge of front office module
-In-/ outbound interface knowledge
-Thorough MxML knowledge (including MxML administration and monitoring tools)
-Basic product knowledge of Financial Markets
-Knowledge of operational and accounting processes front to back
-Understanding of technical Murex environment (including XSL, UNIX, and SQL)
