LINUX SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER - LONDON

A global investment bank, based in the central London area, are looking for a Linux Senior Systems Engineer to join there established Linux projects team.

The team are currently undergoing an assignment to get their Linux systems to communicate with their Active Directory. The role will encompass such responsibilities as specifying, configuring and implementing all the Linux environments as well as the day-to-day support of the Linux based production and development server environments. Experience of Redhat Network (RHN) Satellite server is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who will not only have experience of building web servers, but will also have been involved in development. This is an initial 12 month contract and rates are in the range of £500-£550/ day.
