They have a very experienced & expanding team and have a MAJOR brand-new Software DEVELOPMENT to plan and get underway (hence their need for a Dot.Net Architect..)
You will need Business Analysis / Systems Analysis / Solutions experience in a DOT.NET (VB.NET, ASP.Net, SQL Server) type of environment but clearly, it's a Senior job and you aren't expected to Program the designs yourself

So, just to recap; you need to be able to Design DOT.NET SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS AND the overall Dot.Net Infrastructure and later, some of the upgrades to the software... AND you must come from a Dot.Net DEV background @ some prior time...
