<b><u>The Role of Intermediate Planner</ b></ u>

This prestigious Construction contractor is looking for an Intermediate Planner to work on a new build Construction project in London. This project is a Construction and refurbishment project for a school in South West London.

<b>Duties will include:</ b>

- Compiling submissions to funders committee
- Completion of monthly reporting dashboard and preparation of documentation required for Formal Management Meeting to tight time lines and changing requirements to reflect the requirements of the programme.
- Production of financial reporting information for both project and corporate budgets, production of the budget tracking documentation (‘Blue Sheet'), generation of variance analysis and submission of accruals data.
- Contract Management and administration.

<b>Key attributes:</ b>

As an Intermediate Planner you will have 5-7 years experience working on Construction and building projects. You must have good communication skills and good Primavera or MS Project skills. Previous UK experience is essential for this role.


<b><u>The Successful Candidate</ b></ u>

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Intermediate Planner and will need to posses the following experience:

- Construction experience within a Blue Chip Contractor, preferably working on a new build project but this is not essential.
- Experience as a practising Planner with preferably an engineering background
- Measured and well organised approach
- Confident communication, both in writing and in internal and external presentations
- Confident handler with P3e, Power Project, MS Project or Primavera.


<b><u>In Return</ b></ u>

- Basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)
