Position: Head of Mechanical Engineering
Salary: £45K - £52K

A World Leader in the Defence Industry is looking to bring a Head of Mechanical Engineering on board their team in Luton to manage the department & provide managed teams into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Management of staff including motivation, recruitment, performance management etc
· Ensure estimates for work are accurate
· Provide skilled teams to support projects
· Deliver process improvement
· Manage mechanical engineering overhead budget
Key skills:
The successful candidate will ideally have an excellent mechanical engineering background combined with excellent leadership skills. A Degree level education would also stand you in good stead.
