Business Change Project Manager. My client, a world leader in their field is now looking for a Business Change Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have had proven project management and business change experience with experience of managing a range of projects. You will have developed and maintained project plans, managed risk and issues, provided regular accurate reporting, managed stakeholder expectations, monitored and controlled project resources and costs, applied change management techniques as well as having experience of developing commercial propositions for projects that are based on business need and of budgeting cost control. It would also be highly advantageous if you are Prince 2 certified or have worked to other project management methodologies. The role will involve working on one of the biggest transformational change programme in the UK. You will manage complex projects and analyse issues to achieve time and resource limited objectives, lead the scoping and delivery of projects that promote service development and improvements, to gather and analyse complex data, prepare recommendations, provide management information reports and proposals and present these where applicable as well as ensuring the application of best practices such as change management, risk assessment, project management standards etc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly reputable company offering excellent training, development and career progression.
