Can you consult FTSE 100 clients and drive change to accommodate FSA regulatory rules and guidelines in the most effective way?

International city based client seek a Senior Manager with proven compliance experience in investment banking, corporate banking or retail banking and/ or demonstrated experience with the FSA or equivalent overseas regulator.

Technically proficient in the FSA rules on conduct of business, market conduct, approved persons, training & competence or FSA prudential requirements for either banks or investment businesses and some knowledge of latest developments e.g. Basel II and consolidated supervision.

General understanding of compliance structures and operations, and industry best practice in compliance.
