You will be mentoring more inexperienced members of the development team and will be involved in the construction and improvement of the Software Development Processes. You will spend most of your time developing. However, you will also be involved in other parts of the development lifecycle. Take the technical lead in architecture and implementation of new web projects. In addition you will be involved in the documentation, testing and deployment stage of the development life cycle.
