The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to provide 1st/ 2nd line support to the clients user base. Dealing with technical queries in a Microsoft environment will form a large part of the role, however there will be other avenues of opportunity for the successful candidate to build upon their experience in more specialist field's, e.g. networking.
