The successful applicant will be tasked with developing new DSP algorithms or filter designs, including simulations and optimization for implementation in semiconductor devices.

Candidates will be considered from PhD through to very experienced with the following technical attributes:

Strong adaptive DSP techniques

Knowledgeable in one or more of - adaptive beam-forming, ambient noise reduction, adaptive noise cancellation, blind source separation.

Experience in fixed point filter design

Matlab/ Simulink experience

Strong knowledge of DSP processing techniques

Desirables include: PhD in adaptive DSP, project leading, C/ C++, audio algorithms implementation on fixed point DSPs or custom hardware
