Technical Field Engineer – MCSE, CCNA, AD, Exchange, LAN/ WAN, London
My client is an IT Support Specialist that provides IT Solutions for its clients based around the London area is currently recruiting for a Technical Field Engineer.
You will be responsible for providing onsite technical support to clients that can range from 1st, 2nd and 3rd line issues through to major projects that will include upgrades, migrations and installations. Predominately you will be working within a Microsoft Infrastructure however there is now a need to for a Field Engineer who also posses the relevant Cisco skills to provide technical expertise here as well.
To be considered you will be both MCSE and CCNA certified and have previous field based experience. Technically you will have solid experience with the following technologies including upgrades/ migrations and installation:
- Windows 2000/ 2003 Sever
- Exchange 5.5/ 2000/ 2003/ 2007
- Active Directory
- LAN/ WAN
- Cisco Routers and Switches
- Firewalls
- Disaster Recovery
