Tender Planner / Pre-Construction Planner - London / Essex.
Our client is an established construction contractor. They are currently seeking a Tender Planner / Pre-Construction Planner to join there team in London / Essex.
This is family owned and run construction contractor. Due to the increase in their work load they a seeking a Tender Planner / Pre-Construction Planner to join the existing team.
Based from their London / Essex office, you will be working on various design, build and refurbishment projects. These projects are housing new build and re-fit, hospitals and education schemes. Your responsibilities within this role will include developing and managing tender programmes, attending tender interviews, working closely with estimators/ bid managers/ design & build managers and critical path programming.
The skills that are required by our client are as follows:
-Ideally from a construction background
-Relevant degree or qualifications an advantage
-Experience in design & build process
-Knowledge of PowerProject
-Good working knowledge of critical path and programming methods
Our client understands the value of good planners and is willing the offer the following depending on experience:
-between £50,000 - £70,000 per annum basic salary
-car / car allowance
-health
-pension
