Graduate Software Engineer – C, C++, Windows, Linux

A graduate embedded software engineer with experience of Windows, Linux, C, C++ and scripting languages is required.

Salary: £18 - £25K

Situated smack bang in Leeds city centre in a modern stylish building and just 5 minutes from the train station, the company design and develops top of the range computer chips used in a number of applications including digital audio and radio; mobile phones; car navigation; set-top box and IPTV.

You will be responsible for evaluating, specifying, engineering and testing of individual projects and will join a small team of engineers who operate in a friendly relaxed environment.

The chosen engineer will be degree educated in a relevant subject with experience of C/ C++ programming on a Windows and/ or Linux environment. Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages would also be advantageous.

Strong communications are a must as you will be working within a team and you should also have the ability to learn new skills quickly in order to keep at the forefront of technology, design and engineering.
