My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst Fixed Term Contract.
This is working for an end user based in the Glasgow area, this role has no travel and is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fantastic client, and is looking for a strong IT consultant.

My client is looking for an Service Desk IT consultant who has strong service desk experience and has experience working in an ITIL environment. Preferably you are also ITIL certified though this is not essential if you have strong ITIL commercial experience.
Your must have strong Service Desk, Microsoft Word, and Excel experience.
Preferably you will have had responsibilities in the IT Security area within a previous role.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of IT support. Preferably you will have had experience working in a 1st line support / Service Desk environment.

This role is based in Glasgow.

Rate is negotiable dependant on experience.
