Java E-commerce Developer, Java 5.0, Weblogic, Spring, Hibernate, PL/ SQL, London - * Huntress has been retained on an exclusive basis to build a World Class E-commerce team for a key client. * - This is an outstanding opportunity in the current market place to join a FTSE 100 blue chip organisation that have committed significant investment to completely re-engineer their e-commerce platform, utilising the very latest technologies to develop a World Class solution. The solution will be based around the following technologies; Java 5.0, JEE 1.5, Weblogic 9.2, Spring and Hibernate. To qualify for this opportunity you will need to have a proven track record in software development, preferably within an e-commerce environment, ideally with a number of the above technologies. Team fit is important as they are using a SCRUM methodology and working with a collaborative approach. The role requires an individual who can demonstrate the ability to face off to both the business and technology, show a thorough experience of Java database development, as well as a strong working knowledge of PL/ SQL. A strong experience of team-based projects in past roles is a must, while excellent communication skills are an essential characteristic for a suitable candidate.
