A london Based Investment Bank immediately requires a Voice Support Engineer to provide effective 2nd/ 3rd line support for the Voice systems employed by the bank. Candidates will provide fault diagnosis of Cisco Call Manager, ITS Dealer Boards, Voice recordings and other voice products. Candidates should be competent in technical support and implementation of Cisco IP based telephony systems.
