Experienced IT trainers required to assist in the delivery of the Training Programme for a large company that is undergoing a significant change for which all candidates must feel comfortable with facing issues of change management and acceptance.
The key achievement is that all delegates will be able to understand corporate changes, changes in methodology and the ability to operate ICAP systems.
Internal expertise and knowledge is required on one or more of the following training areas:
-New Business Services Model.
-Customer Service Policy.
-Publishing Quality Ratings.
-Enforcement Processes and Procedures.
-CCA.
-Analysing Evidence,
-Risk Assessment.
-ICAP Processes - Inspection, Registration and Managing Interactions.
Skills and competences:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to learn quickly
- Ability to answer questions effectively with little or no preparation.
Expressions of interest are requested from people who feel they have the essential criteria to deliver one or more of the training modules above and who would like to be a part of this corporate programme of work delivering training nationally, which means, there will be travelling involved.
