The key achievement is that all delegates will be able to understand corporate changes, changes in methodology and the ability to operate ICAP systems.
Internal expertise and knowledge is required on one or more of the following training areas:
-New Business Services Model.
-Customer Service Policy.
-Publishing Quality Ratings.
-Enforcement Processes and Procedures.
-CCA.
-Analysing Evidence,
-Risk Assessment.
-ICAP Processes - Inspection, Registration and Managing Interactions.
Skills and competences:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to learn quickly
- Ability to answer questions effectively with little or no preparation.
