Aston Carter is searching for a talented Linux administrator for a brilliant media company based in South Dublin.

You will be responsible for the Linux/ Unix administration of systems in a highly technically savvy environment. This will include analysis and assessment of e-mail logs from multiple Unix machines in order to troubleshoot problem in syntax, addressing, mail delivery and mail server failures. BIND configuration and change management is required for supporting these assessments. If you are a dynamic Unix administrator searching for a challenge and would like to progress your career, then this is the opportunity for you!!!

Essential Skills:

Experience working with computer networks and data communications
Excellent time management and organisational skills a must
Experience in composing basic computer and/ or instructional documents
Proven track record of managing an environment of tens of Linux servers, and applying updates and patches appropriately
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
